Almost 25 years ago, I lost my daughter.
Her presence shaped everything I teach today,
even though I no longer share her image out of respect and privacy.
For years I survived without knowing the pain was still living inside me.
I functioned. I kept going. I built a life.
But the roots of the loss were untouched.
When everything finally surfaced,
I began a journey inward — not away from the pain,
but toward the truth beneath it.
What I discovered changed everything.

Later, becoming a father again showed me the true nature of healing:
